FAQ

Do you provide international delivery?

Yes we offer international delivery, we use the relevant secure courier charges at the time of sale

How do I track my order?

When we release your purchase to the courier company we will email you the tracking code for you to track the package.

How do I return an item?

Due to the nature of our products, we can only refund/exchange a product if it has been unopened and in good condition.

If you have opened the product and used it (even a tiny amount), we can not accept the product back for return or refund.

How can I contact your couriers?

At the time of dispatch, we will let you know the name of the freight company and tracking number so you can make direct contact with them.

What is your return policy?

If you simply no longer require the product you purchased and you haven't opened the product, we are happy to refund the price of the purchase less a $10.00 administration fee and freight costs.

Due to the nature of our products. If the product has been tampered with or opened we can not refund the product 

What are your delivery options?

We choose to use NZ Post as our preferred courier. We dispatch your product within 24 hours of your order being received. We will email you the NZ Post tracking number on the dispatch of your product.
