Accommodation Policy

A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to confirm your booking.

Changes or cancellations made up to 14 days prior to your arrival are free of charge. For changes or cancellations within 14 days of arrival, the deposit may be retained.

For changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, the full booking amount may be charged.

For bookings made through third-party websites (such as Booking.com), the cancellation policy of the respective provider will apply.

Beauty Appointments Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, allowing us to provide a personalised and relaxed experience.

We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations.

Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment may incur a charge, and within 24 hours the full treatment cost may be charged.
